The panel lists viewers, followers, clip creation and Prime. Each service has its own parameters and restrictions.
When is an order considered complete?
Accepted means the order has entered processing. Check its current status and activity history for the outcome. Check the selected service availability in the panel before ordering.
Can I change an existing order?
Available actions appear in the order details. They depend on the service and current status. If the action you need is missing, contact support with the order ID.
Does clip creation mean clip views?
No. This service creates clips from stream moments. Choose the quantity, timing and other parameters when setting up the order.
What determines the price?
The selected service and order parameters. Check the current terms in the panel or confirm them with support before ordering.
How can I add funds?
A payment method will appear in Balance after a payment provider has been connected. Payments are currently unavailable.
What should I check before ordering Prime?
Prime availability depends on channel requirements. Review the restrictions in the service details or confirm them with support before you start.
